Looking forward to summer

I am done with school for the summer. I have a new puppy who is so cute and lovable. I am working two small part time jobs and I am pretty happy. Christopher and I went to the Dyess Air Show on Sunday for our date day and we had so much fun. We had a pretty good time looking through the planes. Hopefully we will be able to start a regular date night. I would really like to that.

New found love

Saturday morning my husband went out to get the paper. It had rained the night before and so he had to shake of the dirt and water from the plastic. This cute puppy was across the street and he just came right over to Christopher. I was sitting inside about to cook breakfast when Christopher called me to come outside. Here comes this beautiful puppy who had been outside during the rain the night and had not been feed in a while. I gave him some food and water. I decided to take him inside and give him some well deserved love and attention. I am running an ad in the classified for his owner but if they do not come forward after Thursday I am going to keep him. We have decided to call him Drake if we get to keep him and he is learning that he gets in trouble if he pee's on my floor. I have made sure to let him outside many times during the day because he is a young puppy and has to go outside more often.

COMING SOON......

THE END OF THE SEMESTER!!!! It is getting so near. I am ready for the summer to begin with out the heat of TEXAS but I know that will not happen today is going to be in the mid 90's, so getting around that one. I never wear shorts because I have fat legs but today I am going to venture outside in shorts. All should be proud of me!!! Oh by the way I am working right now at Esquire Tux. It is ok but it is prom season!!! All those teenager reminds me of how much I hated my teenage years. I don't think I will ever be one of those women that wish they could be a teenager again. To much drama for me....Well that is all the news I am able to tell today.

Problems Problems and more Problems

The past 5 months Christopher and I have been looking to buy a house. We feel in love with one house back in December, but the owners passed on our offer three times. We went on and found this awesome first home. We found the house before the anyone else could put an offer down. We have a contract and are buying the house. We have run into many problems with trying to get into our house. At one point the government said that Christopher and I did not exist, and then our sellers could not find their survey (which has to be their). But now the last problem is our sellers, seller is now going to move out and let them close until the 23rd of this month. For us the really hurts because we have to turn in our keys to our apartment on the 15th but that means we need to be out of here on the 13th so we can clean on the 14th. Hopefully everything is working out and God will lead us the right way to keep things going. We really want to be in our house as soon as possible.

Sorry it has been so long

So much has happened and I just have been busy. I started school January 17, taking 9 hours. I turned 21 on the 21st of January. Christopher and I also found our new house on my birthday. We are going to have our first house on March 22. We are very excited to say that we will be home owners and not renters anymore. I am just so happy that our family is starting out in a house. We are hoping to do some painting before we move into our home. We have found some color schemes for all the rooms. I am ready for the next steps in our married lives together. We also started going to a Sunday school class at our church for married or engaged couples. The class is called Marriage on the Rock. The class is based on the book and video series by Jimmy Evans. I highly recommend this book to any couple starting out in any Christian relationship. We really have been touch by this book and have found that we are working with each other better and better each day. It really helps you to understand the real way God wanted marriage to be. If anyone would like to know more about this book just email me. I would be more then happy to talk to someone about this book.

Christmas/New Years

This year has gone by so fast. So many things have happened. I had school, work, and planning a wedding during most of the months. I was able to go to Canada, for my brother-in-laws wedding. Two months later I got married to the love of my live. Now my sister-in-law announce she was engaged and then they announce that they had a small ceremony for themselves. So all my mom-in-laws children are married in the last 4 months. Christina wants a ceremony for everyone of there families to be at. The wedding will not be until August 2006. So all of the weddings will be within 12 months. Soon it will be a new year and another semester of school starting. Hopefully I will be able to go to school without having to worry about working. I am ready to get to January.

Loving Argument

One part of a relationship is the arguments. Well, I thing I have realized over the past two years is that the fights can be a really good thing in the end. I had been a little depressed and I had felt ignored from my husband. He also had been a little rude to me. But last night we talked about how I felt. We had talk so much last night to help out what was the problem. Now that we have talked so much last night we resolved the problem and made up. It feels so great to hear him tell me he loves me and then holds me while we go to sleep. It is the best feeling knowing some one love you that much, that after a fight like we had we can still communicate as well as we did. I love my husband so much and I am happy to say we are still going stronger then ever. Each day we grow stronger and stronger together.
